Jennifer Marlow Hentel, M.S., is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Group Fitness Instructor (GFI), Senior Fitness Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. She also holds a master’s degree in Education.

With a background in fitness and education, Jenn brings a unique blend of structure, empathy, and encouragement to her work. Her passion lies in helping women feel capable, clear, and confident—on the gym floor and far beyond it.
