How does the nutrition coaching work? What is the approach?

My coaching style is all about my mantra, “Do What Moves You”. If something doesn’t move you then you won’t do it. Together we will create a healthy, balanced lifestyle that works for you. Together, we’ll build a personalized plan tailored to your daily routine, food preferences, and unique macronutrient needs—focusing on protein, carbs, and fats—to help you reach your health goals in a sustainable, enjoyable way.Think of it as a budget. It’s an allowance of each macronutrient and each day you balance your food intake to match your budget.

This is not about rigid rules or cutting out your favorite foods. Instead, it’s a flexible approach to nutrition that fits into real life. You’ll learn how to fuel your body without feeling restricted, while gaining the tools, confidence, and mindset to take charge of your health for the long term.

Do I get a discount if I combine nutrition coaching with personal training packages?

Absolutely! Clients who combine both nutrition coaching and personal training not only receive a discounted rate, but also see the most powerful, lasting results.

I highly recommend starting with both services together. When you pair personalized nutrition with strength training, you're not just fueling your body—you’re building muscle, boosting metabolism, and accelerating fat loss. More importantly, you’ll gain confidence, energy, and a deeper sense of pride in how you care for yourself.

The savings are great—but the physical and emotional transformation is what truly solidifies this combo.

What happens if I need to reschedule scheduled sessions?

Session Packages expire in 30 or 60 days after the first session begins. I am flexible and can accommodate most exceptions. If excessive sessions require rescheduling we will have to discuss how we can best continue consistent training.

Note that there is also a 24 hour cancellation policy and those sessions do not qualify for make ups.
